High school senior & ICYCC member serves up a win with school signing

Congratulations to member Ava Dalton on her big week recently! Ava started working with George Christoforatos a few years ago- looking to further develop her tennis game. Living and going to school in Richmond gave her access to plenty of other options, but the growth she and her parents saw in just a short time of working for George didn’t compare and so they had her join ICYCC so she could put additional practice time in. It paid off big as she graduates this spring and just signed with the University of Lynchburg where she will be playing on the tennis team. We are so proud! We have no words to describe the feeling when she asked George and two instrumental members during her time at ICYCC, Stewart Hargrove and Howard Aderholt, to be there when she signed. Good luck to this very talented player, stellar student and incredible young woman! Mom and dad, we know you are so proud and you have raised and outstanding young woman.

If you have a student who is graduating this spring, please email megan@icycc.com, we will be doing a special page in the June newsletter dedicated to our graduates. This is something new we are doing this year! Please include what their post-high school/college plans are, a photo and if they plan to play a school sport while at school, if attending a university next year.
